By accessing or using the ReachHQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to send unsolicited emails (spam), violate any applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA), or harass or harm others. You must respect the unsubscribe preferences of all contacts and maintain compliance with all relevant anti-spam regulations.

4. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, and factors beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload and create within ReachHQ. We do not claim ownership of your contacts, cadences, campaign content, or analytics data. Upon account termination, you may export your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
