The ReachHQ dashboard is your central hub. The collapsible sidebar on the left gives you quick access to every feature, while the main content area shows the page you're currently on.
Sidebar Navigation
- Dashboard — Overview of your campaigns and recent activity.
- Cadences — Build and manage multi-step outreach sequences.
- Campaigns — Create and launch campaigns to contacts.
- Tasks — View and manage tasks generated from cadence workflows.
- Analytics — Overview, Goals, Engagement, and A/B Testing reports.
- Contacts — Manage your contact database and groups.
- Do Not Email — Manage suppression lists.
- Templates — Email templates and cadence templates.
- Mailboxes — Connect and manage email accounts.
- Messages — View all sent messages and their events.
- Unified Inbox — Read and reply to all conversations.
- Trash — Recover deleted contacts, cadences, templates, and mailboxes.
- Settings — Account, team, billing, and custom variables.
Organization Switcher
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar to switch between them. All data is scoped to the active organization — switching organizations changes the entire context.
Task Badge
The Tasks item in the sidebar shows a badge with the count of your pending tasks. This helps you stay on top of manual actions required by your cadence workflows.
