Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions

General FAQ6 questions
Can I have multiple organizations?
Yes. You can create multiple organizations and switch between them using the organization switcher in the sidebar. Each organization has its own separate data — contacts, campaigns, mailboxes, etc.
Is my data shared between organizations?
No. Each organization is completely isolated. Contacts, campaigns, cadences, templates, and all other data are scoped to the active organization.

Campaign FAQ6 questions
Can I edit a running campaign?
No. Once a campaign is started (RUNNING status), you cannot change the cadence, contacts, or sender mailbox. You can only pause, resume, or stop it. If you need changes, stop the current campaign, clone it, make edits, and start the new one.
Can I delete a campaign?
No. Campaigns cannot be deleted — they are preserved for audit and analytics. You can stop a running campaign, but it will remain in your campaign list as COMPLETED.

What happens if I delete a contact that's in a running campaign?
The contact's active enrollment is stopped — the Temporal workflow is cancelled and no more emails will be sent. The enrollment status changes to STOPPED. Messages already sent are preserved.
Can I have the same contact in multiple groups?
Yes. A contact can belong to any number of groups simultaneously.

Mailbox FAQ4 questions
Which authentication method should I use — OAuth or App Password?
OAuth is recommended for Gmail and Outlook. It's more secure and doesn't require you to generate app-specific passwords. Use App Password only if OAuth isn't available or if you're using a custom SMTP provider.
Can I connect the same email account twice?
No. Each email account can only be connected once per organization (unique by provider + email). However, you could theoretically connect the same email via different providers (e.g., Gmail OAuth and SMTP) — though this is not recommended.

Billing FAQ5 questions
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. Your credit card is not charged during the 30-day trial period. You'll only be charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → 'Manage Subscription'. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
