Mailbox Status Values

Sync Status Values

Troubleshooting

  • DISCONNECTED: Use 'Reconnect' to re-enter credentials (App Password only). For OAuth, go through the OAuth flow again.
  • ERROR: Click 'Test Connectivity' to diagnose the issue. Common causes: expired OAuth token, changed password, disabled account, wrong SMTP/IMAP settings.
  • Sync failures: Check that IMAP access is enabled in your email provider's settings.
