Mailbox Status Values

Sync Status Values

| IDLE | No sync in progress. |
| SYNCING | Currently syncing emails from the provider. |
| ERROR | Sync failed. Check the mailbox configuration. |
Troubleshooting
- DISCONNECTED: Use 'Reconnect' to re-enter credentials (App Password only). For OAuth, go through the OAuth flow again.
- ERROR: Click 'Test Connectivity' to diagnose the issue. Common causes: expired OAuth token, changed password, disabled account, wrong SMTP/IMAP settings.
- Sync failures: Check that IMAP access is enabled in your email provider's settings.
