Managing Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update payment details.

All billing is managed through Stripe. You can access billing management from Settings → Billing.

Viewing Your Subscription

The Billing page shows your current plan, status, billing period, and next charge date. If you're on a trial, you'll see the trial end date and auto-charge notice.

Subscription Statuses

StatusDescription
TRIALINGFree trial period. Full access to plan features. No charge yet.
ACTIVESubscription is active and billing normally.
PAST_DUEPayment failed. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption.
CANCELEDSubscription has been cancelled. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
UNPAIDMultiple payment attempts failed. Service may be restricted.

Managing via Stripe Portal

Click 'Manage Subscription' on the Billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method (credit card).
  • View and download invoices.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Cancel your subscription.
  • View billing history.

If your payment fails (PAST_DUE status), you'll see a warning banner. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service disruption.
