How A/B Testing Works
- Create email variants in your cadence's email nodes — each variant has a label and unique content.
- When the campaign runs, contacts are randomly assigned to variants.
- Each variant's performance is tracked independently (opens, clicks, replies).
- View results in Analytics → A/B Testing to compare variants.
Analyzing Results
The A/B Testing report shows side-by-side performance for each variant. Compare open rates, click rates, and reply rates to identify the winner. Apply the winning variant to future campaigns for better results.

Test one variable at a time (e.g., subject line OR body content, not both). This gives you clear, actionable insights about what drives performance.
