Key Metrics Explained

  • Open Rate = (Unique Opens / Delivered) × 100% — Measures how many recipients opened your email.
  • Click Rate = (Unique Clicks / Delivered) × 100% — Measures link engagement.
  • Reply Rate = (Unique Replies / Delivered) × 100% — The most important metric for outreach.
  • Bounce Rate = (Bounces / Sent) × 100% — High bounce rates hurt deliverability.
  • Unsubscribe Rate = (Unsubscribes / Delivered) × 100% — Keep this below 1%.
