Goal Tracking

How goal nodes work and how to track conversion events.

1 min read 5 sections 4 tags

Goal nodes in your cadence mark important conversion points — like 'Booked a Meeting', 'Replied Positively', or 'Downloaded Resource'. When a contact reaches a Goal node, a GoalEvent is recorded.

How Goals Work

  • Add Goal nodes to your cadence at the points where you want to track conversions.
  • Give each goal a descriptive label (e.g., 'Meeting Booked', 'Link Clicked').
  • When a contact's enrollment reaches a Goal node, a GoalEvent is created.
  • Each enrollment can only trigger each goal once (unique per enrollment + node).

Viewing Goal Metrics

Go to Analytics → Goals to see per-campaign goal completion. Each goal shows the count of contacts who reached it and the percentage relative to total enrollments.
