Account deletion is a permanent action that removes your user account. If you're the Owner, it cascades to delete the entire organization.
What Gets Deleted
- If you are the OWNER: Your entire organization is deleted, including all contacts, campaigns, cadences, templates, mailboxes, and team memberships.
- If you are a non-owner member: Your user account is removed from the organization. Your data (campaigns you created, contacts you own) remains in the organization.
- Billing/subscription: If you're the owner, any active subscription is cancelled.
Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're the Owner, transfer ownership first if you want the organization to continue. Only the Owner can delete their account.
