ReachHQ uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage what each team member can do. Every member has exactly one role within an organization.

Role Change Rules
- You cannot change your own role.
- You cannot change the Owner's role.
- Only the Owner can promote someone to Admin.
- Admins can only manage Member and Viewer roles.
- Ownership can only be transferred by the current Owner.
