Bulk operations let you manage multiple items at once — delete, restore, or permanently remove them in batches.

How to Use

Navigate to the list view (Contacts, Cadences, etc.) or the Trash.

Use the checkboxes to select individual items, or use 'Select All'.

A bulk action bar appears at the top showing the number of selected items.

Choose your action: 'Move to Trash', 'Restore', or 'Delete Permanently'.

Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
For 'Empty Trash', you don't need to select items — it deletes everything in the trash for that entity type. You must type 'PERMANENTLY DELETE ALL' to confirm.
