The Do Not Email feature is a separate suppression list that ensures certain contacts never receive outreach emails, regardless of whether they exist in your contacts database.
How It Works
- Contacts on the Do Not Email list are automatically excluded from campaign enrollments.
- You can add contacts to the DNE list manually or by converting existing contacts.
- DNE contacts have their own groups for organized management.
- The 'Exclude Do Not Send' campaign setting (default: ON) filters these contacts automatically.
Adding to Do Not Email
- Manual entry: Go to Do Not Email → Add to List and enter the contact details.
- CSV import: Bulk-import a list of emails to suppress.
- Convert from Contacts: From a contact's detail page, click 'Convert to Do Not Email'.
- Automatic: Contacts who unsubscribe are automatically flagged.
