Cadence templates let you save your best-performing cadence flows and reuse them across multiple campaigns.

Creating a Cadence Template

You can save any cadence as a template. The template captures the entire flow — all nodes, connections, and configurations. Template names must be unique within your organization.

Using a Cadence Template

1. 1

   When creating a new cadence, click the dropdown arrow on 'New Cadence'.

   Select 'New from Template'.

   Browse your saved cadence templates.

   Click to select one — a new cadence is created with the template's flow pre-loaded.

   Customize the flow as needed, then publish.
