Sequence Templates

Sequence templates let you save your best-performing sequence flows and reuse them across multiple campaigns.

Creating a Sequence Template

You can save any sequence as a template. The template captures the entire flow — all nodes, connections, and configurations. Template names must be unique within your organization.

Using a Sequence Template

1. 1

   When creating a new sequence, click the dropdown arrow on 'New Sequence'.

   Select 'New from Template'.

   Browse your saved sequence templates.

   Click to select one — a new sequence is created with the template's flow pre-loaded.

   Customize the flow as needed, then publish.
