Deleting Templates

Deletion Rules

• Templates follow the same soft-delete → permanent-delete flow as other entities.
• If a template is used in cadences that are referenced by RUNNING campaigns, deletion is BLOCKED.
• You can check template usage before deleting by viewing the 'Usage' section.
• Permanent deletion requires the template to be in Trash first.
• Bulk operations allow deleting up to 200 templates at once.

Duplicating Instead of Deleting

If you want to iterate on a template without losing the original, use the 'Duplicate' feature. This creates a copy with a new name that you can modify independently.
