Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. Your credit card is not charged during the 30-day trial period. You'll only be charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → 'Manage Subscription'. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Use the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Billing → 'Manage Subscription') to change your plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your subscription moves to PAST_DUE status. You'll see a warning banner in the app. Stripe will retry the payment automatically. Update your payment method in the Customer Portal to resolve immediately.
Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
Refund policies are managed by Stripe. Typically, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Contact support for special refund requests.
