Can I have multiple organizations?
Yes. You can create multiple organizations and switch between them using the organization switcher in the sidebar. Each organization has its own separate data — contacts, campaigns, mailboxes, etc.
Is my data shared between organizations?
No. Each organization is completely isolated. Contacts, campaigns, cadences, templates, and all other data are scoped to the active organization.
Can I export my data?
Currently, you can view all your data through the application. Export functionality for contacts and analytics is planned for a future release.
How many team members can I invite?
Both Starter and Professional plans include unlimited team members at no additional cost.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data is preserved until the end of your billing period. After that, your account enters a restricted state. Contact support to request data export or account reactivation.
Can I change my email address?
Your email address is set during registration. Contact support if you need to change it.
