Sender Mailbox
The sender mailbox determines which email address sends the campaign emails. Only connected mailboxes (status: CONNECTED) appear in the dropdown. If a mailbox is later disconnected or deleted, the campaign will fail to send.
Exclude Do Not Send
When enabled (default: ON), contacts flagged as 'Do Not Contact' or present in your Do Not Email list are automatically excluded from enrollment. This protects your reputation and ensures compliance.
Threading Strategy
| Strategy | Behavior |
|---|---|
| NEW_THREAD (default) | Each email step creates a new, separate email thread in the contact's inbox. |
| REPLY_IN_THREAD | Follow-up email steps are sent as replies to the first email, keeping all messages in one thread. |
Track Opens
When enabled (default: ON), a tiny invisible pixel is embedded in the email. When the recipient opens the email and loads images, an 'OPEN' event is recorded. Note: some email clients block images, so open tracking is not 100% accurate.
Track Clicks
When enabled (default: ON), all links in the email are rewritten to pass through a tracking redirect. When the recipient clicks a link, a 'CLICK' event is recorded and they are immediately forwarded to the original URL.
Skip Duplicates
When enabled (default: ON), if the same email address appears multiple times in your selected contacts (e.g., from overlapping groups), only one enrollment is created. This prevents contacts from receiving duplicate outreach.
