Cloning creates a new DRAFT campaign with the same settings as the original — same cadence, sending options, and tracking preferences. This is useful when you want to run a similar campaign with different contacts.
How to Clone
- 1
Navigate to the Campaigns list.
- 2
Find the campaign you want to clone.
- 3
Click the 'Clone' action from the row menu.
- 4
The new campaign opens as a DRAFT with all settings copied. The name is prefixed with 'Copy of'.
- 5
Edit the name, contacts, and any other settings as needed.
- 6
Start the new campaign when ready.
Cloned campaigns do not copy enrollments or contacts — you'll need to select contacts fresh. This is by design to prevent accidental duplicate outreach.
